Safe custody services

Our clients with BVI companies, funds, and trusts may take advantage of our safe custody services for sensitive documents such as wills, deeds, and registered share certificates. Our state-of-the-art facility includes a number of protective measures with fireproof cabinets inside our secured vault.

As an extra level of service, clients may also take advantage of Harneys legal expertise in addition to our security measures. Wills may be kept in our custody for a one-time fee and Harneys can then attend to the probate at the appropriate time.
