Harneys Economic Substance Classification Solution now available in multiple languages

Harneys is pleased to announce that its online Economic Substance Classification Solution is available in three languages. In addition to English, the solution has Simplified Chinese and Spanish language capabilities.

The solution provides a cost-effective way for BVI companies and limited partnerships with legal personalities to demonstrate formally that they have considered their position under the Economic Substance legislation and produce robust evidence of classification.
