Michelle Gibbs is a seasoned financial industry expert with over 20 years of experience specialising in establishing and managing corporate, special purpose vehicles, and fund entities, both regulated and non-regulated, throughout their life cycle.

Recognising the significance of tailored solutions and exceptional service, Michelle is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised services to her clients. Her approach focuses on fostering strong client relationships and collaborating closely with each client to help them achieve their unique business objectives.

Under Michelle’s leadership, her team of experienced administrators consistently delivers top-notch services to a diverse portfolio of over 4500 entities. Michelle’s expertise was honed through her tenure at Ogier, where she served in their Cayman and Hong Kong offices. During her time at Intertrust, she led the client board support services team, held the position of Director of the Corporate Service line and was entrusted with the role of an independent director for clients’ companies.

In recognition of her professional achievements, Michelle earned the Accredited Director designation from ICSA Canada in 2014.

She is also appointed as a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands. Furthermore, Michelle pursued her Postgraduate Diploma in Management, which she successfully completed in June 2022 with the University of Liverpool.
