Prior to joining in 2022, Nyssa-Kaye was the company secretary for a public company traded on the Jamaica Stock Exchange and for its subsidiaries. She provided governance support and advice to the boards of directors across the group of companies and was responsible for compliance with statutory requirements, exchange listing rules, and corporate governance best practices.
